Mission, Vision & Core Values

The mission of the Children's Museum of Fond du Lac is to create hands-on learning experiences through interactive exhibits and educational programs that will engage children and their caregivers in the partnership of learning.

The vision is to provide quality educational exhibits for children in our community to stimulate their imaginations. 

At the heart of our Core Values, the Children's Museum has a respect for childhood and for the relationship between children and their caregivers.  The museum supports the theory that there is great value and power in constructive play.  This imaginative play inspires a passion for lifelong learning.  The ability to enhance educational opportunities within the community directs the design of our exhibits and programs.  These programs foster creativity, discovery and curiosity among visitors.  The exhibits will build confidence and encourage children to connect with the people and places in their world.
